Bought my first new car from them (2008 Sentra SL) back in may and was apprehensive at first, but they definitely followed through. Great staff and great product.

On Monday late afternoon I was on my way back home to Searcy, I'd taken my grandson to a doctors appointment at Children's Hospital. The at the front of my 2004 Maxima had come loose at the back of the panel and was hanging down. I was afraid to drive home with my car like that so I stopped in at your NLR Service Dept. on Lander's Road. I explained my problem to one of your service agents, I believe his name was Randy. He was very kind to help me out and get one of your servicemen to replace the pins that were missing. I highly commend them both and your service dept. for having employees that were so nice and willing to help me out. The service agent was reassuring and told me not to worry that he would see that it's taken care of, which he did and in only a few minutes. I appreciate his help, he knew my grandson was sick and hastened me on my way. I am very grateful to him and what he did to help me out. It speaks very highly of your dealership and your employees, please thank him again for being of help to me.

Dealing w/NLR Nissan was pretty much hassle free, and I got exactly what I wanted at the price that I felt was fair for both parties. I will definitely be back.

My salesman, Eric Box, worked extremely hard for me. I had two Nissan dealers competing for my business and Eric just out hustled them. The entire process was smooth and Eric worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted. I've been buying Acura's and Infiniti's for years and my buying experience with this dealership was right up there with the luxury dealers.

As I mentioned over the phone , my red Maxima was delivered on time and in perfect condition . Good Job delivering with a Full Tank Of Gas. This is the only way Cars should be delivered.

Because of the rain, did a towel dry and all looks good.

If it were not for you, the deal would probably have gone South!!!!

I just completed the survey as was sent to my e-mail because of the car that I purchased (my dad & mom were the ones who financed it) from North Little Rock Nissan.

I wanted you to know that I am so grateful for the deal that Eric Box did for my new car. I traded a 2007 Accord in for a 2010 Pathfinder. It was so easy and fast. He was extremely efficient. I struggled with Riser Nissan (here in Hot Springs where I live) as they didn't’t want to go the extra mile to find me a White Pathfinder…plus they wanted to sell it to me for $1,800.00 more than NLR Nissan. With his assistance, I was able to get the SE model Pathfinder for just a couple of hundred dollars more than Riser Nissan was willing to sell me the S model…not to mention, I didn't’t even step foot on the lot! He took care of everything for me and he didn’t have “ask the sales manager”. I have dealt with so many salesmen (at other dealerships) who have no authority to complete a deal on their own…and everything is decided by the sales manager and then the sales manager doesn't’t even come out of the office to confront or confirm what the salesman says! I hope you can understand what I am trying to say…Eric was confident and came through with everything that he promised me without all of the back and forth that most Salesmen provide. Thank you for your time and I promise that every opportunity I have, I will tell my friends and acquaintances about my amazing experience with North Little Rock Nissan!

North Little Rock Nissan,

I recently purchased my second vehicle from you and I'm still overwhelmed with my experience. The salesmen, Ali, was the "BEST" anyone could ask for. He was dedicated and very professional with a down to earth personality. My situation was a little different than just walking in and purchasing a car. I was trying to down size in vehicles and payment.

Ali worked with me and helped me in choosing which car was best for my budget. Despite other dealerships and salesmen I recently encountered, North Little Rock Nissan has the BEST all around deals and service anyone could possible be looking for. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate my overall experience a 10+......

Just wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying the car. My son is very excited about it. He cant stop looking at it, and when they’re outside playn, he makes sure nobody touches it…LOL… It was very kind of you to go the extra mile for me and get it tinted (it looks so tight!) Dear Dave,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for meeting with me and my parents at the dealership yesterday. I must say it was a great pleasure to discuss the auto in detail with you and to make a transition purchase from you for my parents.
